When you contact me
I use your name, contact details, and note to reply to you and talk about your project. Do not send passwords or secret codes.
Free design requests
If you ask for a free design, I use your floor plan and answers to make a first draft. The draft may show suggested Wi-Fi and camera spots. Please remove private room names or notes that I do not need.
Your request details are stored with Cloudflare. Your floor plan and a copy of the request are sent to my business email through Resend and Gmail. I keep the information only as long as I need it for your request, the project, and basic business records. You can ask me to delete it when the law lets me.
